If you’re reading this, then chances are you’ve engaged lawyers before…
Our USP is that we offer the same skills and expertise as traditional law firms (where we trained and practised for years) but without the associated cost and friction. Our view is that legal support is a service industry – with the emphasis on “service” – and our role as a consultant is to make it easier (or at least less risky) for our clients to achieve their business goals. We focus on delivering practical solutions promptly, affordably and as described. If you’re an experienced buyer of legal services, we think you’ll be delighted with our offering.
Some examples of our recent work are:
- preparing and supporting negotiations of business-critical IP, IT and commercial contracts, such as supply chain (sale, purchase, agency and distribution); IP licensing; software licensing and reselling (including SaaS); sponsorship, merchandising and endorsement arrangements; collaboration and development agreements for new technologies; and website standard terms (including e-commerce terms);
- preparing and delivering training on specific commercial, legal or regulatory issues; or on contractual negotiations;
- supporting large-scale M&A, procurement and outsourcing projects; and
- supporting GDPR compliance projects in companies from start-ups to multinationals.
Our arrangement with Windich Legal gives us all the benefits of an in-house lawyer and more, without the commitment to a full-time role which we are not yet ready to make. Max quickly became an accepted, valued and highly respected member of the team. He brings a pragmatic commercially focussed approach, recognising that ultimately both parties in a deal usually want to do business and lawyers should help to facilitate rather than prevent this happening. This means he is solution rather than problem focused.
Max has been providing us with legal support for years. He has extensive knowledge across a range of legal areas but also understands the complexities of our niche business. He provides a personal and professional service in a proficient manner. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Windich Legal.
Max is an absolute pleasure to work with and fits right into our in-house legal team. Max has built up strong relationships with members of the business that he has worked with and is an invaluable member of our team. Max always provides accurate, clear and commercially focused advice and is very responsive. I cannot recommend Max highly enough.
We see Max as a part of our team rather than an external legal advisor. His advice is always clear, concise and pragmatic and more importantly he is able to interface effectively with all our internal stakeholders.
Max has been incredibly helpful in matters of contractual agreements this past year, some of which turned out to be difficult and lengthy. Throughout the entire process though, Max has been highly professional, utterly calm, and extremely patient. He was very well informed on every aspect, and able to assist in all questions that arose. We would certainly work with Max again, and are grateful to have received such generous pro bono support. Thank you!
Max provided excellent support in providing new Ts&Cs for a new product that was still evolving. Max was very effective in dealing directly with internal clients, provided great support and was a valued addition to the team.
Max was incredibly diligent in his review of the documentation, providing clear guidance on where risks lay and how to approach negotiations from previous experience on similar projects. I was very happy with the level of service and responsiveness. I would recommend and definitely use Max again.
As the sole legal counsel at Perspectum Diagnostics there are times when I required an extra pair of hands. Max proved to be a safe pair of hands in providing the commercial legal support I needed. He is responsive, knowledgeable, pragmatic and consequently, excellent value for money. He can provide a seamless adjunct to an overstretched legal team or act as an ad hoc legal counsel to smaller companies. I would have no hesitation in recommending Max.
