Who we are

Our consultants trained and practiced in traditional law firms before taking the step into the alternative model of legal consultancy. While we are not a law firm, we offer the same experience and proficiency as a traditional boutique practice. Each of our consultants is a specialist in IP, IT and commercial matters, and we don’t “dabble” in anything else. All our consultants have experience in-house as well as in private practice, giving us a deeper understanding of our clients’ business imperatives as well as the black-letter law.

Our Network

We are a boutique, specialist consultancy and do not advise on areas outside our expertise: for example, on corporate, employment or real property issues. However, after years of working in the legal sector (particularly in Oxford), we have a network of trusted contacts and ex-colleagues in every area of legal practice. If your needs fall outside our service offering then we will be happy to introduce you to someone within that network.
